These include hot, cold and drop off buffets the main difference is the cold buffets are seasonal and normally include a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian options salads and desserts. They are waiter or chef served depending on the amount of people they are required for and are served on silver salvers and white dishes. The hot buffets are mainly served from a gastro chaffing dishes and can be made with your favourite dish if preferred. The drops off buffets are generally a cold buffet served on disposable trays with plates and cutlery. They are dropped of at a time to suit you and can be disposed of at the end.
